Delivery & Returns

VANTORRI jackets are shipped to you from outside your country, so customs may apply. [DUTIES & TAXES]

Please check that the delivery name and address match the person who will sign for the parcel, and keep your phone number current: carriers use it for delivery and customs contact.

Credit and debit cards, and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT we are required to collect is shown at checkout before you pay.

You can return a jacket within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn and unaltered, with its tags and original packaging.

• Need a different size or colour? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will send the replacement once your return is on its way back to us.
• Changed your mind? We refund the price of the jacket in full, with no restocking fee. The cost of sending the jacket back is yours unless we have agreed otherwise.
• Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? We pay for the return and for the replacement or refund. See the next section.

Write to us at info@vantorri.com with your order number to start a return. We will send the return address and instructions. We inspect each returned jacket. A jacket that has been worn, altered or damaged after delivery may be refunded less the loss in its value, or sent back to you.

If you are in the European Union, these conditions do not limit your right of withdrawal set out in the next section. You may ask us for a written copy of this policy at any time.

If you live in the European Union you may withdraw from your order, without giving a reason, within 14 days of the day the jacket is delivered to you. Your withdrawal does not need our agreement.

• Tell us clearly that you are withdrawing: use Withdraw from contract here, email info@vantorri.com, or use the model withdrawal form below. Any clear statement is enough.
• You can exercise your right of withdrawal online at http://localhost:3006/withdraw. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.
• Send the jacket back within 14 days of telling us. We will refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us, and may wait until the jacket is back with us (or you show proof of dispatch) before we do.
• You pay the direct cost of sending the jacket back. We refund the price of the jacket and the standard delivery you paid. We may deduct for any loss in the jacket's value that comes from handling it beyond what was needed to check it.

• Tell us as soon as you see it, and within 14 days of delivery for a damage-in-transit claim. Please keep the packaging.
• Send clear photos of the jacket and of the outer packaging. They help us claim against the carrier on your behalf.
• Once confirmed, we cover everything: the return, and a replacement or a full refund.
• Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. See Warranty and legal guarantee in our Terms.

Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. We issue them within 14 days of the return reaching us (for withdrawals in the European Union, within 14 days of the day you tell us, as set out above). Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

You can cancel any time before your order ships. Email info@vantorri.com with your order number. Once it has shipped, the returns policy above applies.
