You can cancel any time before your order ships. Email info@vantorri.com with your order number. Once it has shipped, the returns policy applies.

Credit and debit cards, and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT we are required to collect is shown at checkout before you pay.

Card payments are processed on our payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your full card number.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unworn and unaltered with its tags and original packaging. See Delivery & Returns for details.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery which size you would like. We send the replacement once your return is on its way back to us.

Yes. We refund the price of the jacket in full, with no restocking fee. The cost of sending it back is yours unless we have agreed otherwise.

Yes. You may withdraw from your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day the jacket is delivered to you. Details are on Delivery & Returns.

Tell us as soon as you see it, and within 14 days of delivery for a damage-in-transit claim, with clear photos of the jacket and the packaging. Once confirmed, we cover everything: the return, and a replacement or a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, within 14 days of the return reaching us (for withdrawals in the European Union, within 14 days of the day you tell us, as set out on Delivery & Returns).

VANTORRI jackets are genuine leather. The leather, lining and hardware of each jacket are listed in the specification table on its product page.

The size range and fit of each jacket are in the specification table on its product page. If you are between sizes, write to us with your height and chest measurement and we will help you choose.

Wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth after wearing, hang it on a wide shaped hanger, and let it dry slowly and away from heat if it gets wet. Condition it once or twice a year. See our Care Guide for more.

Your statutory rights apply to every order. Buyers in the European Union have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. See Warranty and legal guarantee in our Terms.
